Are you highly motivated and flexible with excellent communication skills? Do you have a proven ability to influence others across a wide range of organisations from Government to local community groups? Can you drive through a programme of work?


We're looking for Senior Policy Advisers to help us speak up for rural people and communities, especially those experiencing disadvantage.


We've 2 roles in our Rural Services: Fair Access and Equitable Outcomes programme, where you can help drive forward change in rural service delivery in health, education, migrant workers, community services and other areas.


As part of our Active and inclusive representation and decision-making team you can help influence how government policy and decision-making recognises the rural dimension.


Or help meet the challenge of our Sustainable Rural Communities in the 21st Century programme to ensure that national and local policy and delivery has a positive approach to creating more sustainable rural communities.
