Nicola is a member of our Executive Board and leads our strategic analysis and research activities, maximising our strong, relevant evidence base. She also oversees the European networks programme that we deliver for Defra (RDPE network and UK National Rural Network) and leads in developing our work with the south west and east of England regions.
Nicola joined the Countryside Agency in 2003 as Programme Manager and then Programme Director for Evidence and Analysis. More recently she was Programme Manager of our Securing Social Justice programme within the Commission.
Nicola has worked across the public, private and voluntary sector for national and local government bodies, including the Sports Council, Public Attitude Surveys, ACRE and Oxfordshire Social Services.
