In 2005, we undertook research to find the most effective way to disseminate best practice so that it would stick. A methodology was developed to disseminate information (solutions, research findings etc) to help change behaviour.

This approach was piloted and evaluated over the following two years in order to influence the behaviour of both policy makers and practitioners.

We've also developed other tools to help share the lessons from the dissemination pilots. Our focus is to make sure that the solutions identified by CRC research, evaluations or case studies are actually adopted by government at all levels, stakeholders and by rural communities themselves:
