Financial exclusion is a real challenge in rural areas. Financially excluded people living in rural areas are less visible and more difficult to reach than those in urban areas.

In 2005, we undertook research to find the most effective way to disseminate best practice so that it would stick. A methodology was developed to disseminate information (solutions, research findings etc) to help change behaviour.
