This guide is aimed at all those involved in preparing Parish Plans, Market Towns Action Plans and Community Strategies. It attempts to show how the gap between the policies and perspectives of the bodies with power, and the knowledge and asperations of the local communities themselves can be 'bridged' by linking local community-led Parish and Market Town Action Plans to the wider LSPs and Community Strategies.
