As part of our project investigating the large scale flows of 'accession eight' A8 migrants working and living in rural areas, we've identified a variety of good practice examples of public, private and voluntary and community sector initiatives.
Mobile Europeans Taking Action (META)’s five staff provide a front-line, drop-in service for migrant workers. This may be something as simple as helping people to read or write letters, fill in forms, make phone calls or find work. Or it could be helping them in their dealings with statutory and private service providers.
