As part of our project investigating the large scale flows of 'accession eight' A8 migrants working and living in rural areas, we've identified a variety of good practice examples of public, private and voluntary and community sector initiatives.
This case study examines how Wychavon District Council has recognised the economic contribution made by migrant workers to the local economy. The council has conducted detailed research to understand more about the nature of the migrant workforce, and is leading on other initiatives to support migrant workers and their employers.
